Yelling at a customer not a smart move for a POS software company

On advising their current POS software company that they had decided to switch to our Point of Sale software, the retailer was subjected to several minutes of verbal abuse which included plenty of yelling and veiled threats. This reinforced the decision of the retailer to make the switch.

We all lose customers from time to time. The real test is how we deal with this – publicly and privately.
