The implementation of our new CRM solution is progressing slowly but well. We are in beta with our sales team and this should move to beta with our sales processing / installation scheduling work.

With between three and five new installations every week and these installations involving input from between six and twenty people within my company, co-ordinating the work is important. Add to this the need to co-ordinate six suppliers, courier companies and clients and you can start to understand the scope of the task.

From a client point of view the implementation is at present hidden. It will be quite some time before we turn on any aspect of client interaction.

This CRM project, once complete, will have replaced several internal manual and software based systems with an integraded cross-department solution
