We are close to making a decision to replace our whiz bang automated coffee bean grinding espresso making machine with something in a new league. We have been looking at product from Saeco, Miele and Jura. With between 40 and 60 espressos (cappuccino, latte etc) being made in-house every day, investing in a better unit more suited to this volume makes sense. Once we know the unit we will choose we can set about designing the kitchen renovations to suit.
Better coffee = better customer service.
