Our CRM implementation is progressing very well. Now, if someone enquires about Tower Systems through our website, the query is logged directly into CRM and the appropriate sales person contacted automatically to ensure the sales query is appropriately managed.
We have other developments outside the sales process which I am not about to blog about because they reflect a commercial advantage I am not prepared to share publicly.
The CRM project is a six figure investment by Tower Systems – not including the VPN and other infrastructure upgrades being undertaken to better connect our entire team. It is touching every department within the company and is focused solely on the quality of service we provide our existing customers and prospective customers.
