We are encountering service problems with our main courier company, Allied Express. Every problem it would seem is not their fault – not the broken computers found in boxes which appear to have been dropped from a height or the boxes which have gone missing or the boxes waterlogged when delivered to a client. The worst problem was a week ago when a delivery was made to the wrong address – not the address on the box of the con. note. The driver jumped a six foot fence and entered a private property, startling the 75 year old sole occupant.

Why am I blogging about it? I hope that Allied Express managers search Google for company references. If they do, they should know their their services levels, based on our experience, need to improve and that they appear to have a culture of refusing to listen to reports of or accept any resposibility for service problems.
