Simon May has been with Tower Systems for twelve years – he joined us after completing a TAFE course and soon became a key member of our installation and training team.
Today, Simon serves as our Technical Services Manager – but this title does not reflect his role and importance to our work.
Simon is the keeper of considerable knowledge about our software, processes and our customers. He is the go-to person if any of our tech team is in a difficult situation. Most important of all, Simon drives consistency through our business. In IT, where employee turnover can be high, having Simon in a key role on our team enhances our consistency and strengthens our offer.
Back when we trademarked the term, Tower AdvantageTM, the efforts of Simon were on our mind – we wanted a way to represent the point of difference he brings to the Tower Systems offer.
I’d be remiss in only telling part of the Simon May story. Alongside Simon is April, his wife and best friend. It’s their partnership which makes Simon a success.
