We hosted a free training session in our Sydney office yesterday for people new to our software – either through recent purchase of the software or acquisition of a business running our software.
You can always tell a good training session by how long people linger. Yesterday, they lingered. While I was not there, the three Tower team members attending told me the questions were excellent and the new level of understanding gained most valuable.
To represent each arm of our business, the meeting was run by our new Software development Manager, a key member of our Help desk team and our NSW State Manager. So, not only are we sharing useful knowledge, we are making our whole business accountable to the outcomes they achieve with our software.
Another crucial benefit of this training session is the new relationships we are fostering among new business owners. They can connect with others on a similar journey and this is always helpful.
