Our user meeting in Canberra yesterday is a reflection of the value of regular our national user meeting strategy. We have hosted three such meetings in Canberra this year and as a result, help desk call traffic from the region is good. We win from this as to our users – knowing more has real value.
This coming week we have another three sessions planned:

Brisbane: 11/12 at 2:00pm – User Meeting
Rockhampton: 12/12 at 10:00am – User Meeting
We canvassed our jsers to see if we should take a break leading into Christmas and they said no. We’re glad for the opportunity to provide free training and accept helpful feedback. By getting out of the office and close to where our users are located is invaluable.
