We don’t just say yes to everyone who asks, we need to be certain of the bonafides of the not for profit. I’ve been in business a long time and have, in the past, encountered people who will say anything to get a discount, including that they are a charity when they are not.
Offering a discounted price to a not for profit just because of their status is not something we widely advertise. We prefer to make the offer when we encounter a situation. The reaction is usually a wonderful reward.
Everything provided – software, hardware, training ans support – is as for full price customers, as it should be.
