For years we have offered on-site training and telephone support in Mandarin and Cantonese. We have found this to be useful with some customers and that it leads to more enjoyable and useful use of our software. It certainly makes training time more efficient.
In a commercial, sense, our offering training in Mandarin or Cantonese is one reason we are so well supported by the Asian community. While it is good for winning new business it is also good for our software in that a bad user is a bad advertisement against us – hence the value for us in providing training which is more useful.
Our Mandarin and Cantonese services have been called on by other suppliers from time to time – it’s a service we are glad to offer.
