Our phone have been in meltdown since Tuesday lunchtime when Bill Express was put into administration. With more than 1,500 of our own customers affected as well as another 2,000 newsagents, we have received hundreds of calls from newsagents wanting help in navigating their response to losing an important business tool.
I have personally taken many phone calls. It has been a pleasure to speak with so many. The patience shown by the callers has been wonderful as has their understanding when we say we do not have answers to all of their questions.
