Helpful feedback guides the website

Within minutes of our new website being loaded yesterday morning we started receiving feedback from users. Given the use of the site as an access point for support and support related documents it was great to get immediate feedback on the usefulness or otherwise of how we have structured access to these assets.

We think we have two more weeks of changes to make before the new website is at a place where we are happy. We decided to go live early so we can incorporate user feedback in or development plans for the next two weeks.
