Putting up a wall

We have announced to users of our software that we will, later this month, implement password access to customer service facilities at our website.  We have been aware for some time that our advice sheets and other user specific material have provided guidance to some competitors.  By introducing passwords we demonstrate respect for our innovation and make competition a bit tougher.

I’d rather have everything on display but recent events tell me that is not in the best interests of the investment we continue to make in our various marketplaces.
