Giving away stress balls at trade shows is proving to be a genius move. Several times now we’ve had people come by our stand and recognise us by the stress balls, having heard about them from someone else. We have also had people call the office a day or two after they met us at a trade show and mention the balls in the call. Until people know us and our software I am happy for the stress balls to be the reference point. Besides being an excellent mnemonic, they offer great context for what we offer.
By the end of this year we will have handed out more than 5,000 stress balls.
