The key to good retail management software support is accessibility. With many casual employees using the software in the retail business which we serve, it is important to have consistency around access points for support and to make it easy for users to these. This is why we are about to send out the orange support access cards for the fourth time in twelve months to our retail users.
While many users are good about sticking these on the wall next to the phone, some do not. Each time we send the card more do and this makes the cost worthwhile.
