Putting IP behind a password pays off

It has been a month since we put many of our advice sheets and other user support intellectual property behind a password and part of our Tower Advantage tm update and support program. The response has been excellent.  Users have thanked us for respecting their support of Tower Systems in this way – some felt we were giving away too much previously. 

Not all advice sheets are hidden behind the password – mainly those requiring the latest software for proper use.

The actual mechanics have gone well and traffic to the support areas of the site are only down slightly which was expected since we have blocked competitors and gawkers from learning more about us.

Now that the private area is well established and being used we are developing more content and facilities to make this part of our customer service offer even more useful.

We continue to publish advice and tips weekly to all of our users by email and monthly in print.
