Word of mouth drives software sales

A review of sales leads in our CRM system shows that word of mouth to be the most significant lead generator of new POS software business for us so far this year.  Whereas in the past word of mouth has been important, it has never topped lead generation before.  Every customer contact we have is important since it is excellent customer service which is a key factor in customers speaking highly of us.

We do not pay our users to say good things about us nor do we offer special, favourite, support treatment – we see all of our customers as equal, all deserving of special service.  If someone passes a compliment about us forward it is genuine and not bought … more incentive for us to be genuine in our pursuit of excellent service.
