Today is a usual Saturday for our help desk team. We have experts in our Head Office, fielding calls from users of our POS software. Half the calls will be to do with our software and half the calls will be to do with general computer issues. We cheerfully handle both.
Our Saturday office-based service is in addition to our after hours team.
Calling for support on a Saturday is something we recommend to those considering our software. It is important to know the quality and timeliness of weekend support.
