Yesterday I cut seventy applicants (yes, we received mroe after my last blog post) down to twelve.  I had hoped to get the four but it was too difficult.  To separate the twelve I sent each an email letting them know more about the role and that they were in the group for consideration for interview.  The responses I receive will guide the next cull.

I take a personal approach to hiring because it is crucial to get the balance right between skills, commitment, communication and connection.

By lunchtime today we should have the twelve cut to six of fewer for interview.
