In line with past years, we are maintaining our usual Help Desk hours.  Our national Help Desk is staffed 7am through to 6pm Australian Eastern Summer Time Monday to friday and 7:30am to 3pm Saturday.  Outside these hours, we offer true 24 hour a day coverage for business critical support through an extensive mobile phone network of six numbers including an escalation process.

We looked at extending  the evening coverage to accomodate Queensland and Western Australian users but decided against this based on call trafffic requirements.
