Users of our POS software can ask support questions by phone, via our website or by email.  On Sundays we usually receive five or six emails.  Half are answered within an hour or two aand the rest require research before an answer can be provided. Yesterday,  our quick response to a simple email question resulted in a wonderful email of gratitude.

I have never sent a support email before and did not really expect an answer for a few days.  I was surprised to get an answer in minutes.  This helped me have a far mroe productive Sunday.  Thank you for being there and thank you for the email support service.  I am liking computers more and more.
