To all of our customers and others who pass by this place, Happy New Year!  We hope that 2010 is a terrific year on all fronts, business and personal.

We are starting the year off with a bang: new online training announced already for January and February; a major software update announced for late January (shipped on CD to give you a backup copy for safe keeping) and  a national user meeting program covering all capital cities and major regional centres starting in February.

We have also started the year by publishing the results of our 2009 customer service survey in our January 2010 newsletter which was mailed earlier this week.

Every customer is important to us – those new to the Tower community and those who have been with us since the 1980s.  We will work hard to make your IT investment more valuable in 2010.
