New Help Desk role advertised

Over the weekend we started advertising for a new position on our national Help Desk located in Melbourne.  This role is not for the feint hearted.  We are looking for someone with good communication and analytic skills, someone who loves to help people, a good listener, a friendly manner and an appreciation of independent retailers.

Technical skills can be taught.  It is the attitude and desire to help small businesses which we look for in candidates.

We will not rush the selection process since finding the right person is vitally important to us and to our customers.
