The following statement just came through from Network Services:

We’ve been experiencing significant issues the XChangeIT gateway today, Files are being received however the gateway is not processing the files as quickly as they are received, it is causing a back log, so far that back log s over 18,000 files.. as a result of the back log the Newsagents clients are not receiving responses back with is resulting an auto resend further add to our back log..

We have a considerable army of people from XchangeIT and our side working to get this resolved.
