We have taken the opportunity to hire two new Help Desk employees for our National Help Desk based out of Melbourne – the pool of candidates was so strong that we did not want to miss the opportunity.

We completed final interviews on Friday last week and made offers that day.  Both candidates accepted.  The first starts this week and the second early in February following a planned vacation.

Each of these new employees will go through a considerable period of in-office as well as on-site training before flying solo with support calls.  We will more formally introduce them to our customers at that time.
