The challenging Australian weather of the last week, and the last 24 hours especially, is generating a significant spike in calls to our Help Desk.  Most calls from retailers using our Point of Sale software relate to water damage, the impact of power blackouts and restoring backups.  We have an all hands on deck approach in situations like this, getting to calls as quickly as possible. While we are focused on helping weather affected customers, we are not losing focus of delivering timely assistance to all other customers.
