Our Sage CRM system is four years old and close to the end of its useful life for us.  For several months we have been planning and working on migrating to a new CRM platform which is more suited to our more demanding needs today.

Our sales team has switched to the new CRM system.  The next step is our help desk and broader customer service functions.  This is still a month or so away given some business critical customisation which is necessary to ensure that our new CRM solutions fits comfortably which what we need.

Our considerable investment in the new CRM solution is further evidence of our commitment to ensuring that we have the right tools deployed within our business to deliver the level of customer service we promise in our sales pitches.

From a customer perspective, the new CRM system will not be obvious for some time yet.  Most changes for 2011 will be back office related.
