The new local Perth Help Desk number we introduced two weeks ago for our Perth Point of Sale software customers is proving popular. Customers are telling us that they love that we are helping them cut call costs without increasing their support fees. We have setup access in such a way that we can take multiple calls from Perth on the line at the same time.
This move by Tower Systems to introduce more local call Help Desk numbers is further proof of the Tower difference in action. It is unique in each of our marketplaces – providing local call access to our fully staffed national help desk team … between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am to 3pm Saturday.
The Perth number experienced a glitch earlier this week. A local technical kink has been ironed out.
