Unexpected supplier changes, mid year sales, a major cold snap and several other factors have resulted in help desk call traffic surges of between 75% and 100% each day this week. Alread, today is panning out the same with a call traffic surge.

Almost all the additional call traffic is for queries which are not actually to do with our software.  People call us because we are more accessible than product suppliers and even local computer hardware suppliers.

Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of our professional, friendly and skilled help desk team we have responded in a timely manner.
