Some retailers are still dealing with the after effects of the floods which ripped through parts of Queensland six months ago. We have clients still battling insurance companies as well as clients trying to navigate local authorities to get their businesses back as they were.
It is frustrating to see the barriers bureaucracy places in front of small businesses some times.
We help where we can but often, in situations of such third-party barriers, all we can do is lend a listening ear and offer words of comfort. It’s frustrating.
