We have aside tomorrow for interviews for our new Help Desk role.  From a large pool of candidates we have selected six for interview.  Each candidate offers good communication and IT skills and a commitment to customer service … all vital attributes in the role we have planned.

Our interview process has two phases and each candidate gets to meet with three people.  This way we ensure that personal biases and the like do not impede us making a choice which is good for the company and our customers.

Our goal is to have reached a decision by the end of this week.
