We are in the middle of a cycle of training for our Point of Sale software support team, enhancing their knowledge of and experience with more complex parts of our software.

This training is delivered by various people within Tower Systems, those with the best knowledge of each area being covered by the training.  We also provide real-world context during the training, explaining how the software is actually used in a client business as this can be different to how it may seem by just focussing on the software.

In addition to delivering training on software functions, we are also providing training on how to use information cultivated by and reported on through the software.  It is one thing for a support person to know how to product a report and another entirely for them to be able to assist in deriving full value form the report.

Training the trainers is essential for any software company.  Our commitment is another example of the Tower Systems difference.
