We have a full team on-deck with our Point of Sale software Help Desk this week. Given the volume of sales which will be processed using our software there is bound to be an increase in call traffic, even with simple training over the phone type questions.  We are here to help as much with these questions as we are to help with major technical challenges.

We make good use of our full team in between calls, taking the opportunity to catch up on team member training, debriefing for the year and proactively calling new customers to ensure they are settling in well.

Whether we are making outbound proactive calls or dealing with Christmas shopping rush related inbound calls, we’re all set for a busy week here at Tower Systems.
