Tower Systems has announced the details of a national user meeting tour to commence next month. This tour will take in all capital cities plus major regional centres such as Newcastle, Geelong, Albury and Cairns.  It provides free access to face to face training, business management advice, a group Q&A session and one on one private Q&A discussions.

Two online user meetings have been scheduled to round out the capital city and regional meetings.

Retailers using the Tower Systems Point of sale software were advised of the user meeting schedule in the January 2012 newsletter which was mailed late last year.

Featuring senior support and management representatives, the user meeting tour will provide an excellent start to 2012 for retailers using our POS software. In addition to the group time, plenty of time will be allocated for one on one sessions for retailers with individual queries they would like answered face to face.

Tower Systems Managing Director Mark Fletcher explains why the user meeting commitment is so important: By submitting ourselves to our customers in this public way, we are demonstrating our commitment to open communication, transparency and accountability … it’s somewhat rare that software companies are doing this in Australia.  Indeed, our observation is that software companies are retreating from face to face customer contact.

Access to the user meeting series is free to Tower customers and prospective customers. Bookings can be made online at our website.
