Some months ago we purchased another retail business in a new marketplace, to provide us with experience of another retail channel from inside out.  The experience, while only four months in, is proving to be invaluable.

Beyond learning about the new retail channel, we are discovering opportunities which will benefit several retail channels in which we currently serve.

This approach of owning and operating retail businesses in channels served y our software has worked well for us. It has been a key factor in our strong sales especially in the newsagency, gift and homewares channels.

Owned and staffed by a separate corporate entity but with common ownership of Tower Systems, we are set to benefit again from going beyond telling people what to do and actually walking in their shoes. we will share more information once we are more established in this channel.
