Following our traditional summer hiatus our live office-based Saturday Point of Sale software help desk support service is open again from today. Operating between 7:30am and 3pm, this service provides retailers using our Point of Sale software with an enhanced Saturday support experience.
While we continue to offer our mobile phone based support service 24/7, the live office-based Saturday help desk is a better service since the person on the other end of the phone representing us is office-based and has access to more tools with which to address any question of issue.
It is our critical mass, customer community size, which enables us to fund such a service and thereby show off a valuable point of difference.
Our recent research of help desk call traffic shows that our office-based Saturday service has capacity to handle more calls.
