We can tell by the call traffic we receive on our help desk form customers seeking advice on making the connection.
We are also seeing an increase in traffic after hours as more people are doing more work after hours while at home or one the road on their iPad. We’re happy to answer the questions and help our customers get more from their use of our software.
All of our installation team members are equipped with 3G enabled iPads, enabling them to remain better connected not only with the business but with loved-ones while on the road.
