Thanks to the location of support offices in several states we are able to provide our customers with continuous support access across the various state based holidays in Australia.
This was evident earlier this week with the labour day holiday. While our Melbourne office was closed, we have people in Brisbane and Sydney handling call traffic. Our office based teams were supplemented by our mobile phone support network which was in turn supplemented by our emergency numbers.
Being accessible is key to delivering good customer service, especially to retailers using Point of Sale software. We use our own software in our own retail businesses and understand quite personally the value of good help desk accessibility.
