A team from our national Point of Sale software help desk will be working in the field today undertaking a full store stock take at a client site to provide them with personal experience in which they can draw when providing over the phone advice.

Too often help desk team members in software companies do not have hands on experience. This can impact on the quality of advice which is provided.

Our in-field project today is another example of Tower Systems ensuring that its help desk team members have practical experiences on which they can draw when providing advice to customers.
