We flew our sales team in from around Australia and New Zealand yesterday for a day of training and discussion in pursuit of more helpful and meaningful engagement with small business retailers.

While we’re in good shape – FY2012/12 sales up 10% on the previous year – we are always looking to improve. ¬†hence the investment in time together in our head office to look at what’s coming down the line with the software, where we are at with support and a review of how we’re doing in each of our territories.

The day was terrific on all fronts, especially for reconnecting everyone as a team. Our sales people work on their own in their own territories – yesterday demonstrated that they are also part of an important and valued team in our business here at Tower Systems.
