We flew our sales team in from around Australia and New Zealand yesterday for a day of training and discussion in pursuit of more helpful and meaningful engagement with small business retailers.
While we’re in good shape – FY2012/12 sales up 10% on the previous year – we are always looking to improve. hence the investment in time together in our head office to look at what’s coming down the line with the software, where we are at with support and a review of how we’re doing in each of our territories.
The day was terrific on all fronts, especially for reconnecting everyone as a team. Our sales people work on their own in their own territories – yesterday demonstrated that they are also part of an important and valued team in our business here at Tower Systems.
