Our latest help desk recruit has been with us a week and while training is still under way, we are starting to get a feel for the benefit of the expansion of our help desk team, having more hands on deck … giving us an opportunity to get to other projects that will deliver help in a variety of ways for our customers.

We added this latest role not out of necessity but as part of our forward planning, preparing the business for growth we saw for the second half of 2012.

Recruiting early gives us a capacity to enhance documentation, add videos and develop other resources with which our customers can better train their teams on our software. So that’s what we are doing – as regulars here would have seen already.
