Tower Systems has created a new management role in the business, that of Business Relationship Manager.

This role enhances our management focus on key customer and supplier relationships and expands our resources commitment to overall customer service.

A key function of the new role will be that of managing supplier relationships – not our suppliers but suppliers to our customers. This role will strengthen technology related relationships between our customers and their suppliers. Too often, software companies manage these supplier relationships through technical teams when they will be better served through a business management perspective.

This role is an additional headcount role for the company in a year of considerable growth of headcount. With year on year sales up by more than 20%, additional resources have been necessary to delivering on our customer service commitments.
