Our POS software support fees are published on our website. We do not give some customers a deal to say good things or offer a deal to win a customer.

We have seen recently a situation where two retailers near each other using exactly the same software – not ours – are paying very different prices. One is $2,000 higher than the other. They are now upset at an apparent rip-off.

Our advice to retailers is to deal with a transparent software company. This way you know that you are being treated equally and not being overcharged so they can do a deal with someone else at your expense.
