We have had a busy week on the help desk this week not so much because of customer service calls but because we have been engaged in projects designed to help our retail partners to more easily handle the christmas rush.
Our work of checking supplier stock files for accuracy, offering systems security advice, making POS software advice more accessible and proactively reaching out to new customers with words of encouragement this week has all been designed to make Christmas trading easier.
The best way we can help our customers is to provide software that’s stable and that genuinely helps a retail business to perform better. The feedback we get from customers encourages us in this.
Christmas 2013 continues to be a good season for retailers from what we hear. Most are up on 2012 with Christmas this year having kicked in sooner.
