- From the Point of Sale screen, click on Previous Sales.
- Once the Previous Sales screen appears, click on the Serial Number box.
- Enter in the serial number that you need to find.
- Click on the Search Now button
- The list will then display the sale with the specified serial number and a preview of the receipt will appear on the right.
