We are proud to share the release of a major POS software update early last week that delivers even more embedded Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for small business retailers. These AI tools go further than the loved AI tools in our POS software already.
Now, to be clear, these are AI tools embedded in the POS software. There is no exporting a report or data and using an AI platform externally. We make it so easy for small business retailers to use AI to move faster, smarter and more profitably. We are leveraging AI for small business retailers in ways that provide terrific competitive advantage.
In this latest update, we have fine-tuned existing AI tools and added new AI tools in your POS software. We’r keeping the details of the new AI tools for our customers only. They are a competitive advantage after all. That said, we note that the new AI tools deliver in several ways:
- Time saved. We’ve delivered new AI tools that replace more manual processes. Every hour saved in small business retail can be a bottom line advantage. We’re also helping retailers make decisions on a faster timeline and, as they say, time is money.
- Better quality business decisions. We offer the ability to replace some decision making that was based on manual analysis of reports and other data with AI tools that bring that together and more. This is money in the bank.
- Reduced theft. This is so exciting. It’s like a knock on the door and being told it looks like you may be being stolen from. Oh, and here’s what leads us to this suspicion. Knowing about possible theft focusses your attention and that right there could save a small retail business thousands of dollars.
- Confidence building. Good decisions build confidence and our POS software AI tools nurture good business decisions. Retailers tell us that the AI tools are helping them grow more confident in their decisions and their business.
AI is a game-changer for engaged small business retailers.
