If the system doesn’t recognise the supplier, like ‘Hunter Leisure’ in our example, it automatically pulls their details—name, ABN, contact information—directly from the invoice header and creates a new supplier profile. This feature alone saves significant administrative time and ensures your supplier records are accurate from day one.
- Data Population and Verification: The AI then populates all the relevant fields for each product line. Barcodes, supplier stock codes, descriptions, and quantities are filled in automatically. The system presents a clear, side-by-side view of the original invoice and the imported data, making verification quick and straightforward.
