It is one thing to write you have hosted a user meeting and another entirely to show it was real. What Tower Systems has delivered over recent weeks is real: every state, cap cities and major regional centres. And there are more to come. Plus we have our weekly live online workshops for people who cannot get away from their shops.

POS SOFTWARE USER MEETING IN GEELONG, VICTORIA

IMG_8787We met with some of our Geelong region POS software users yesterday at the Mercure hotel over coffee, tea, muffins and quiche. It was a good business building discussion about our software and, more important, about business generally and opportunities for embracing change in a period of rapid and comprehensive retail change.

This was another session from which we learnt plenty and renewed business friendships.

We are grateful to our customers for their support.

Anyone can announce user meetings. It is another thing entirely to run them, share photos and other information confirming the meetings actually happened. Our blog posts show us living to the truth of our words. We are proud to do this.

The session included training, one on one support and business growth discussions as retailers talked through plenty of opportunities for business growth using our software.

Today’s session was a good example of the added value of these events, from a diverse group of retailers and the retail experience we can bring to the opportunity.

Tomorrow, we are in Geelong, Victoria with another of our regional sessions.

FREE TRAINING FOR POS SOFTWARE USERS THIS WEEK

We have two local user meetings, in Geelong and the Gold Coast and online. The two user meetings are the latest in our series of capital city and major regional centre meetings – face to face with our customers, providing free training and business development strategy.

The online session on End of Shift Reports is fully booked. We are running this session again in the coming weeks.

In addition to the live training opportunities, our customers continue to have access to an extraordinary library of video based training and text based training – making POS software training easy to access from anywhere and at any time.

What is interesting about these sessions is the supplier assistance we provide – answering questions other suppliers ought to answer but cannot as they do not make themselves accessible.

POS SOFTWARE SYDNEY USER MEETING A HIT

IMG_7629We had a terrific POS software user meeting in Sydney today, at the Novotel in Homebush. There was an excellent business building discussion around loyalty options – selecting what is right for your specific circumstances. This discussion was in addition to training on the latest release.

Having the leadership team of the company at these sessions is proving to be appreciated by our customers. It demonstrates our commitment to excellent customer service.

With the end of the financial year approaching in New Zealand, Tower Systems has schedule a series of EOFY training specific for our NZ customers. The idea was suggested by a customer a few weeks ago and we loved it so we put together content for a live online workshop and have now announced dates to our NZ customers. BRISBANE POS SOFTWARE USER MEETING HELPS SMALL BUSINESS RETAILERS

IMG_7462Wow! We had a terrific meeting with Brisbane area customers using our POS software today. There were plenty of questions that drove some terrific business discussions. The networking between small business retailers is certainly a valuable part of these sessions.

Free for all our customers, these sessions are wonderfully educational for customers and for us. Out of today we have picked up some terrific ideas for further enhancing the software.

POS SOFTWARE USER MEETINGS A POINT OF DIFFERENCE FOR TOWER SYSTEMS

Tower Systems is not your average POS software company. One way we demonstrated this recently is when we announced capital city user meetings a couple of weeks ago. Included in the free sessions will be retail management advice. These are not sales events – rather the goal is to help small business retailers leverage their IT investment for even better outcomes. The start time is 8am so as to not interrupt too much of the day.

Any POS software company can host user meetings and help facilitate face to face contact between POS software users, developers and senior management. Sadly, few do.

We run several online training sessions each week across a wide range of subjects. These are an excellent way for you and your staff to learn in detail about specific areas of the software.

To participate in an online meeting all you need access to is a computer with a broadband internet connection and a phone to receive a call so you can hear the audio. Each session runs for approximately 45-60 minutes depending on questions.
